ABOUT NORTHUMBRIA ENTERPRISE AND BUSINESS SUPPORT
Northumbria Enterprise Business Support Internship Scheme can support the growth of your small to medium sized business by providing a grant of up to £4,050 to recruit a Northumbria graduate on an internship of up to 6 months.
Hiring a graduate offers a wealth of benefits to an SME, including an injection of skills, knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm to drive your business further. It’s a low risk and effective opportunity to experience the benefits of recruiting a graduate, with the potential to find a permanent employee who is right for your business.

Not quite rady to recruit?
If you're not quite ready to recruit you can tap into specialist, fully funded support to help shape your recruitment and HR practices through the Scheme’s ‘Know More To Grow More. How to Hire’ Programme.
The Scheme is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund and is open to SMEs in Tyne & Wear and Northumberland.
