Across both Bdaily News and Bdaily Marketing, we work with several well-known names. Whether that is producing high-quality marketing campaigns or being chosen to break their exciting news, our established and respected name allows us to play a big part in how the business world communicates. By working with us, you get to know the teams behind these well-known companies and work closely with them wherever you are in the business. As a result, you will be able to expand your connections and skills (and get to say you have worked with businesses people will have heard of!)

We are a small but mighty team here at Bdaily. This allows us to work independently whilst forming worthwhile relationships with the rest of the team. Unlike bigger businesses, we all know each other well as a team! This means we can support each other in the right ways and provide a chance for each person to shine with their unique skills. Working well as a team is crucial to how we do things, including providing space to share any issues or problems and facing them as a team.

Furthering your skills is key to growing in your role. Both news and marketing are constantly changing industries, so as part of working with us, we encourage you to get involved in training! There are many opportunities through free online courses, industry events and more, and we are always open to suggestions from you if you have a new training idea you would love to be involved in!

Since 2020, hybrid work has been a part of how we operate. We work at home, communicating via Slack, Emails and Zoom. However, we have access to office space and try to make regular time as a team to work together, including meetings and full office days. We try to provide everyone with flexibility so we get the best work version of you possible.

5. Help implement your ideas and leave your mark.

Innovation is something we always strive for here at Bdaily. We are always looking for ways to improve how we work and the products we offer to clients and readers. As a small team, we welcome any input and feedback on the running of our business (and regularly ask for it!). We currently have several job opportunities available. 

Role: Online Community Manager

Type: Part-time (17.5 hours per week), Permanent

Salary: £15,000 p.a. pro-rata

Bdaily is looking for an enthusiastic Community Manager to build on the early success of its new flagship content offering, Bdaily Premium, by delivering on engagement aims amongst its growing membership.

The right individual will be able to demonstrate a passion for engagement and promotion, whether that’s in running events, working directly with customers/members on new initiatives, and successfully delivering on project aims that focus on people and engagement.

This role will involve strategic work across the board to deliver on membership growth and retention targets.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is expanding its presence and playing a leading role in a flagship project.

This position is designed for someone who likes to deal with people and is excited by the prospect of managing their own time with the ultimate goal of achieving growth. You should be motivated by variety and the opportunity to take ownership. You should be comfortable operating in an online environment, at the centre of a community with its basis in digital content.
